About

For those who believe in reliable AI, without the implementation complexity.

Most customer service tools are built to coordinate people, not to resolve the inquiry. Lexii flips that: designed from the start to tackle the most complex inquiries, drawing on existing knowledge, tone and systems, and with full human control.

Why Lexii exists

Most existing customer service platforms are built to coordinate humans, not to resolve the customer's issue directly. Their data models and workflows assume a world where several people with partial knowledge hand cases between them through queues, statuses, SLAs, tags and assignment rules.

When an AI agent can understand the whole inquiry, read the history, pull the relevant data and formulate an answer in one coherent process, the very need for coordination changes. It doesn't disappear entirely, but it should no longer be the principle the entire customer service infrastructure is built around.

So our thesis isn't simply that AI makes customer service cheaper or faster. It's that the existing infrastructure was built for a problem that shrinks dramatically once one intelligent agent can work across context, systems and history. It's also why Lexii pays off almost immediately: there's no months-long rollout of queues, rules and routing to configure. The agent works from your existing content and systems from the start.

We're not putting AI on top of old support tools. We're building what comes after them.

Lexii is inspired by words, understanding and intelligent dialogue.

The name reflects our ambition to make customer communication faster, clearer and more accessible.

The partnership with Modstrøm

Lexii has been developed in close collaboration with Modstrøm, a Danish electricity company and our first customer. Modstrøm fits the profile we build for exactly: an account-based business where customer service lives in the inbox and inquiries require data from internal systems. The partnership has given us what most early-stage startups lack: access to real workflows, real volume, and a continuous testing ground for how AI agents perform in production.

What we believe

01

The resolution, not the ticket.

The central object in Lexii isn't a ticket. It's a resolution. The system shows not just the inquiry, but the agent's work: which data it pulled, which tools it used, why it proposed an answer, and why a case was escalated. Tickets are coordination objects built to hand work between people. That layer is no longer the point.

02

One brain, multiple channels.

Email is our first channel; web is the second surface for the same agent logic. What ties the channels together isn't a ticket system. It's the same brain, the same data model and the same supervisor layer. Later the same infrastructure extends to surfaces like WhatsApp and voice.

03

European, and built for regulated industries.

Data is processed within the EU. We build for account-based businesses (utilities, telco, fintech, insurance, subscriptions) where inquiries are account-specific and can't be solved from the message alone. Data access and the data model aren't support functions; they're part of the infrastructure itself.

Built in Denmark, focused on the Nordics.

Lexii is headquartered in Copenhagen. We're deliberately focused: winning account-based and subscription businesses in the Nordics first, then expanding across Europe as our wedge and reference base grow.
